Bio
After growing up watching shows such as “Dukes of Hazzard”, “Knight Rider” and “The Fall Guy” Chris looked up to the guys performing the action and stunts. Years later he met some local stuntmen in N.Y. who invited him to training sessions performing high falls, stunt fighting, fire burns, stunt driving and more. In 1996 he was asked to join “The Hollywood Stunt Show” a touring thrill show that mostly included stunt driving and car crashes. Throughout the 9 years on tour Chris got his CDL class A to help drive the equipment over the road, was appointed Track Boss and primary pyrotechnician as well as performed stunt driving, car rolls, and the 40‘ car jump into a parked car about 5 times a week. After traveling for 9 seasons and with the skills and knowledge of the live automobile stunt show behind him and ready for a change he moved to Orlando, FL in 2004 to help open and drive full time for “Lights, Motors, Action Extreme Stunt Show” at Disney World. Brian Carson who has performed hundreds of auto stunts contacted him to team up for several shows, Chris performed at Charlotte Motor Speedway jumping a car towing a house trailer for a World Record of 160’ in front of over 90,000 spectators. He has jumped towing trailers over 100’ 3 times since then. In 2008 he broke the record for a 2 wheel drive stock pickup truck jumping 196’ at Airborne Speedway in Plattsburgh, N.Y.
“The Hellraisers of Insanity” a touring monster truck show based in Australia hired Chris to perform up to 5 car crashes a show during June and July 2011. He also raced Scooby Doo on occasion and helped with the fireworks display. Shortly after being back in the USA he broke the record for a limousine jump at Fullton Speedway in NY flying 137’ and crashing into a row of cars.
Myrtle Beach Speedway contacted Chris to help coordinate and perform several stunts for “Wheels of Destruction” a 2 hour Thrill Show that was brought in every Wednesday for the Summer of 1012. MoStunts Entertainment with help from Tim Chitwood performed the high speed reverse spins, car roll, 2 wheels driving and the finale a 150′ car jump into parked cars. It was a 13 week run that drew big crowds and great reviews.
